- Delivered at your home or other location convenient to you
- Additional fees may apply for locations beyond 20mile radius of Milton Keynes
Performance Coaching
Single discipline Run / Bike.
- Four week training block appropriate to your ability, facilities and time to event.
- Periodised training block, based on HR for runners and Power for cyclists
Performance Coaching
Consultation Run / Bike.
- A one hour consultation either in person or online
- Can address training, nutrition, race planning.
- In person consultations can address running form and running technical aspects.
