Why My Personal Training Works
I understand how hard it can be to add fitness into an already busy life, so I make sure that your workouts are specific to you and flexible. You can train at times and locations that are most convenient to you.
I realise that as we get older what used to work starts to become less effective, particularly as you move through peri and postmenopausal periods of your life. I specialise in helping you find the right activities and a way to become or maintain fitness safely.
I know that not everyone wants to lose weight and that there is much more to fitness than simply how much you weigh. But if you do have a desire to lose weight then I can promise you a realistic and sustainable way to achieve your target, no crazy fad crash diets here!

My Coaching works because it starts and ends with you. It’s all about you! Together we can set some realistic goals and agree how best to achieve them. Each Personal Training session is unique to you and always mindful of what you will enjoy as well as what will be the most “technically” beneficial…
Ed’s workouts are always fun and enjoyable as well as being tough but so rewarding. He is a great PT and will adapt the workouts for you and what you enjoy. Highly recommend.
