I would highly recommend Ed Stivala .He has been a great help to me. I am waiting for a total hip replacement and the excercise program that Ed has given me to keep me mobile has been wonderful. He listen to what to expect from training also any minor or major symptoms he will make you a programe that will suit you..

Ed is just a fantastic coach! During group run coaching he was able to offer personal advice on running form as well as cater to the different abilities of the group to achieve meaningful sessions. I found his 1:1 swim coaching also very beneficial to fine tune my front crawl technique and consequently I am now swimming further and faster. A 1:1 S&C swim specific PT session has been an excellent follow-up to this. Very motivated and totally understood my goals and made them achievable!

Ed is a great coach. !! He created workouts to suit me – including a mix of strength and cardio exercises. Even boxing as it turned out I liked punching things (who knew … ha ha!) as a way of stress relief it was excellent and even better as a workout. He was also accommodating on training times too with some very early starts to fit in with my busy work schedule.

Why My Personal Training Works

I understand how hard it can be to add fitness into an already busy life, so I make sure that your workouts are specific to you and flexible. You can train at times and locations that are most convenient to you.

I realise that as we get older what used to work starts to become less effective, particularly as you move through peri and postmenopausal periods of your life. I specialise in helping you find the right activities and a way to become or maintain fitness safely.

I know that not everyone wants to lose weight and that there is much more to fitness than simply how much you weigh. But if you do have a desire to lose weight then I can promise you a realistic and sustainable way to achieve your target, no crazy fad crash diets here!

If you have been looking for someone that really “gets” you, is qualified to the highest level, and will know how to support you then look no further!

My Coaching works because it starts and ends with you. It’s all about you! Together we can set some realistic goals and agree how best to achieve them. Each Personal Training session is unique to you and always mindful of what you will enjoy as well as what will be the most “technically” beneficial…
