Personal Training but Online

My online fitness services is much more than just another “app”. Combining decades of experience in technology with everything I have learned from coaching individuals at all levels, to provide a way to truly coach and support clients globally. With a focus on creating sustainable lifestyle habits, true coaching and my hall mark personal attention, you will enjoy a very different approach which puts Personal Training first and using online to bring us together.

How it works:

Real Support

Unlike other “online programmes” where you are forced to send messages and limited to minimal contact with a human, my Personal Training Online gives you unlimited support through whichever channel works best for you. You can email, WhatsApp, use Group Support features, video chat or phone (bear in mind I am UK based and therefore we may need to schedule a call so it fits both our timezones!). This one feature makes my Personal Training Online service invaluable and a completely different experience to any other online coaching. We may be remote, but we will develop a TRUE coaching relationship.


Upon sign-up you will receive a comprehensive questionnaire to help me understand you, your goals, circumstances, medical history that may effect your ability to train and your exercise preferences. We go one step further and arrange a phone or video) call to really get to know each other and answer any questions you might have. This is the same on-boarding process that is tried and tested (and still used) with my in-person clients.

Your Exercise Programme

I will sit down with the information you’ve given me and create your bespoke exercise program. This will bring an end to guesswork for you and also ensure that you are exercising as safely as possible and in an effective manner to get results.

Web Based

At the heart of the technology is my own unique fitness platform that brings together data from many other sources, synchs with your favourite wearable technology and sends your workouts to other platforms where it makes sense. This creates a complete view of your well-being progress. You’ll be able to access all of this from any device that is connected to the internet and has a web browser; so you can choose when to use it on your phone, tablet or look at some of the education content on larger screens like your laptop. Whatever works best for you.
