
Please note that my Strength & Conditioning Programmes are sport specific. I exclusively work with Runners, Cyclists and Swimmers. Either in conjunction with their existing sport performance plan, or will Coach both S&C and Sport Performance if desired.

- Bespoke Plan in four week blocks updated weekly based on your achievements. All exercises can be performed at home with minimal (or no) equipment during Covid-19 restrictions.
- Nutrition and meal planning guidance.
- Weekly one to one coaching call to review your progress and talk about the next week(s) plans. These calls will be on a non-exercise day and also cover nutrition.
- Weekly group coaching calls to share your experience and learn from others at a similar level.
