Ed is a great Coach!! He created workouts to suit me – including a mix of strength and cardio exercises. Even boxing as it turned out I liked punching things (who knew… haha!) as a stress relief it was excellent and even better as a workout. He was also accommodating on training times too with some very early starts to fit in with my busy work schedule.
