The Fitness Plan

What’s included:

  • Achievable weekly training plan for you to follow between our sessions
  • Advice & Guidance on Nutrition (calories, macros, timing) and making it work in the real world
  • Unlimited support & motivation between sessions by email or WhatsApp
  • Informal “quick chats” whenever you need
  • Invites to occasional small group fitness events
  • Training Zones & Benchmarks worked out for you so you know you are working hard enough when exercising on your own

Ed is a great Coach!! He created workouts to suit me – including a mix of strength and cardio exercises. Even boxing as it turned out I liked punching things (who knew… haha!) as a stress relief it was excellent and even better as a workout. He was also accommodating on training times too with some very early starts to fit in with my busy work schedule.
