At the start of each month we talk about your progress and what your next short term goal is for the month ahead. Look at your diary and schedule your two face to face workouts for the month.
Shortly after your coaching call, your updated monthly plan is available in the easy to use mobile App. You can achieve your workouts at your local gym or at home – which ever is best for you.
We train together twice each month. Making sure your technique is perfect and you are working at the right intensity to continue achieving your fitness goals. A great opportunity to ask questions and of course chat over a coffee after!
As a Personal Training Client, you have unlimited access to me for help, support and guidance with your fitness goals. You can reach me by WhatsApp or using Facebook messenger – which ever suits you best.
What To Expect:
