Why My Run Coaching Works
I know how challenging it can be to start running, particularly “later” in life, having started running myself in my late forties. It takes a lot of confidence to put your running gear on to tackle those first few runs.
I understand how hard it can be to fit training around life, having trained for my first Ironman Triathlon whilst also working full time in a demanding Corporate role. How it can seem selfish to go for your long run leaving a partner or children waiting at home. But also how important it is to have that time for yourself, escape and push yourself to achieve more than you thought you ever would.
I understand what it feels like to not see your times improve and your motivation drain away. But I also know what it takes to turn that around, and that it doesn’t have to be permanent.
If you have been looking for someone that really “gets” you, is qualified to the highest level, and will know how to support you then look no further!
My Coaching works because it starts and ends with you. It’s all about you! No two runners are the same, therefore each is coached uniquely and specifically to their needs. After talking together and really understanding what you really need I will create a unique package for you that will work in the real world!
