Personal One to One Coaching

In-person coaching can be a supplement to an online programme, or standalone sessions. I offer a variety of coached formats, from technical run analysis through, fitness sessions for newcomers through to High Intensity Interval Training for those craving hard workouts. Below you will find a menu of possibilities, before your session we will identify the right options for your goals. COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS

At present I am offering 1:1 Coaching for both Running & Fitness. Current advice from CIMSPA and England Athletic permits in person coaching with suitable safeguards in place. Therefore sessions will be outdoors, strictly 1:1 and observe social distancing throughout. We will not be using any equipment. Sessions can be run from Milton Keynes, Bedford, Olney or Northampton.

1:1 Run Coaching

Sessions to improve technique, running fundamentals, video analysis, run specific drills, run specific strength & conditioning. Hill technique.

1:1 Personal Training

Bodyweight based sessions; HIIT, Strength, Cardio Endurance, Abs & Toning, Fat Burn, Upper Body Sets, Lower Body Sets. Sport Specific (Running / Cycling / Swimming only).
