Foundation Running Programme
PRICE: £4.50 per person / per week
STARTS: week commencing 22nd June 2020 for 8 weeks
I have designed this programme for people that have no current running experience, but want to have fun, get active and become fitter while getting started as a runner. You will be working towards running 5k by the end of the programme (couch to 5k), but you could achieve more, and surprise yourself!!
Each session is between 30 and 45 minutes, but please allow an hour. To get the best from this programme you should try to go out on your own twice between each coached session. This is not essential, but it will help you make more progress.
Each group will have a maximum of 5 people to ensure we follow current COVID-19 restrictions. No equipment is used on this programme and we will be observing social distancing.
About me: I live locally in Lavendon and started my Fitness Coaching business in 2019. My main passion is coaching runners from absolute beginners through to those preparing to race.
